Hyper-personalized business applications for teams outgrowing spreadsheets
Every growing team hits the same wall: a process that started as a simple spreadsheet now has five tabs, three people editing it at once, and no one fully trusts the numbers anymore.
A hyper-personalized business application replaces that process with software built around exactly how your team works: the fields, approvals, and edge cases you actually have.
In practice this covers three kinds of work: line-of-business apps, workflows that run over email (routing, triage, drafting replies) instead of a dashboard nobody opens, and small internal tools scoped tightly enough to ship in weeks, not quarters.
What you get
- A tool scoped to the specific process it replaces, not a generic all-purpose platform
- A clean, usable interface your team can actually adopt without training sessions
- Integration with what you already run where it makes sense (Google Sheets, Airtable, QuickBooks, an existing SaaS product)
- Role-based access if different people need different permissions
- Deployment and documentation your team can maintain
- Source code you own outright
How it works
A short call about the actual problem, not a feature list. What gets built, what it costs, and when it ships comes out of that conversation, fixed from day one.
We build in short cycles and show you working software every week. No black box, no surprise invoice.
Deployed, documented, and handed over. You own the code.
Optional ongoing support if you want us to keep improving it.
What it costs
Single-process internal tools typically fit the $2,000 Pilot tier. Multi-user systems with several workflows or integrations run $5,000–$10,000, scoped on a call.
Proof, not promises
We build and run our own workflow-style products (csvnormalize.com, bankstatementscsv.com, and cardstatementcsv.com), which is how we prove we can ship and maintain software day to day, not only demo it.

What counts as an 'internal tool'?
Anything your team uses to run the business but isn't your customer-facing product: an internal dashboard, an approval workflow, a data-entry replacement, a reporting tool that currently lives in five spreadsheets.
We already have a spreadsheet system that mostly works. Is it worth replacing?
Only if it's costing you time or causing errors as you grow. If someone is manually copying data between tabs, chasing version conflicts, or re-doing work that should be automatic, that's usually the sign it's time.
Will my team actually be able to use this without a manual?
That's the goal. We build for the people who'll use it daily, not for a demo. Part of the handover is making sure your team can run it without needing us for every change.
Can it connect to the tools we already use?
Usually, yes. Most internal tools need to talk to something else: a spreadsheet, an accounting system, an internal database, an existing SaaS product. We scope those integrations upfront so there are no surprises.
What if we need changes after launch?
Ongoing support and iteration is available as a monthly arrangement. See the Ongoing tier on the pricing page.
