What counts as an 'AI integration' versus a full custom build?
If the core of what you need is connecting AI to something you already have (your documents, your existing software, a third-party AI service), that's an integration. If you need a new application built from scratch, that's more likely an MVP or a business application build. We'll tell you which one fits on the scoping call.
Which AI providers do you work with?
OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and Anthropic most often, plus others depending on what fits your budget and requirements. We pick the provider for the job, not a fixed default.
Can you connect an AI chatbot to our existing documents and systems?
Yes, that's the most common request in this category. We build it to answer from your actual manuals, policies, and data, with a review step for anything it shouldn't answer confidently.
What about image or document analysis?
We can wire in AI-powered image and document analysis where it fits the job, extracting data from a scanned document, for example. It's usually part of a broader integration rather than a standalone product.
